PC WORSHIP - Stone Age
"PC WORSHIP is GARY WAR/TEETH MOUNTAIN member, JUSTIN FRYE who lives in Brooklyn, many of the recordings stem from a mix of song ideas, improvisations, and all night recording sessions at his studio space in the Market Hotel; a Brooklyn DIY space dedicated to putting on all ages shows. This collection of recordings was made between 2006 and 2009 and represents an era of collective output and collaboration with many other local musicians. This particular collection of music was recorded on a Teac 4-track reel-to-reel tape machine, a Radio Shack handheld cassette recorder and various computers. Although Frye spearheads this project, there are all sorts of other players involved and the live show can range from a solo performance to members in double digits. The sound is all over the board, containing elements of free jazz, grunge, psychedelic punk and pop to create a wash of consonant and disorientating sound". -Shdwply
