HORTON, ROBERT - First Light

Robert founded the Appliances, part of SFs first wave of punk bands\r\nin 1979. Then later formed the Plateau Ensemble in 1983, a tribal\r\nnoise drone group who played in the Bay Area until 1987. From the\r\nearly 90s until 2004 Horton continued to compose and record, but\r\ndidnt release any of it publicly until 2005, when he put together\r\nFirst Light. Originally released on the Finish label Outta (now\r\ndefunct), in a tiny edition of 50 copies. Anyways were all glad\r\nRobert has opened up the floodgates, and Im pretty excited to get to\r\nre-issue this thing in a slightly larger edition. Edition of 100,\r\nphoto/screen-print cover, inserts, black cds, heavy vinyl sleeves. - Onomato.
