The Bureaucrats only released one 45 and a couple comp tracks during their short career, but this 1980 single is one of the very best-- and rarest-- of all Canadian punk records. Two songs here, recorded in December 1979, and each is a bright star in the early punk/pop pantheon, both surging, memorable tunes delivered with loads of energy and angst.
