ANKH - Les Maitres du Temps
ANKH is a French group of Normandy (Les Andelys in Eure), established in autumn 1974 Fabrice Baty (guitar), Philippe Briard (bass) and Michel Chevalier (drums). In 1976, Philip left the band and was replaced by Renaud Thorez. He had already played with Fabrice in the previous group, COCKROACH, and he was the brother of the wife of Fabrizio, Nathalie, which she will join the group for singing, synths and percussion. -¢‚Ǩ¬®ANKH is mainly produced in the department of Eure (Les Andelys, Louviers, Vernon, Evreux), in schools, outdoor festivals and municipal festivals where they organized their own gigs and it is the ticket to the latter that the 45t, released in late 76, was distributed.
