Edition of 350 copies." - Die Stadt. "The Scratch Orchestra was formed by Cornelius Cardew, Howard Skempton and Micheal Parsons in 1968. Performing into the mid-seventies, the highly variant line-ups could include some of the following members: Stella Cardew, Brian Eno, Lou Gare, David Jackman, Dave Smith, Michael Nyman, Tom Phillips, Eddie Prevost, Keith Rowe, John Tilbury & numerous others. There has been little recorded evidence of the Scratch Orchestra to date (there was an LP from 1971, Great Learning Disc which appeared as part of the Deutsche Grammaphone Avant Garde boxset)." - FE.
