Title: Faded Crusade/Pitiless Messiah
Format: 8" Square Lathe Cut
Label: Alt.Vinyl
Country: UK
Price: $26.00
"Limited edition of 100, clear, square, hand-cut by peter king 8" lathereview:Frankly terrifying blast of thunder from these LA noise monsters. Here, their towering funnel of sound is channelled into a night-time ditch of punk bastardism. Its spat out on the floor, trodden on, then blown up to a thousand times the size of a moon and thrown at the head of modern man. This is raging, yes, but there is much beauty at work here too, a subtlety below the raging surface that is present in all this bands work." -Alt.Vinyl

Title: Burners
Format: LP
Label: Important
Country: USA
Price: $20.00
"Limited edition of 500 copies. Mastered by James Plotkin. Recorded and mixed from April-September of 09 at the same East L.A. hillside studio (Green Machine) where Raiders was tracked. The goal with Burners was to make a record fusing the recent-ish song-based structures of Raiders and the Pagan Drugs 7" into some of the older-style Robedoor drone-sprawl architectures. All songs were written/sculpted over the course of constant live shows (Burning Man in particular was an 09 live staple)." - Important.

Title: Shrine To The Possessor
Format: LP
Label: Music Fellowship
Country: USA
Price: $17.00
"New batch of brutal minimalism from Robedoor on their first vinyl full length, Shrine to the Possessor. This one is pure darkness - no light, no air, just tortured souls and echoed cries. Three epic droning processionals built from the heaviest, thickest low-end tones. The sound of indentured servants from a scorched dustbowl wasteland. Caveman aesthetic pushed to its limits by recording to eight analog channels. Robedoors storied back catalog includes full length CDs on Release the Bats and Interregnum, collaborative albums with their sisters-in-arms Pocahaunted on Digitalis, Ecstatic Peace, and Blackest Rainbow, and countless other long sold-out CDRs and tapes, several on the bands own label, the undeniably prodigious Not Not Fun, as well as on Ruralfaune, Chocolate Monk, Chondritic Sound, and many others. Recorded by Bobb Bruno at Bored Fortress HQ in Eagle Rock, CA. Artwork by Andy Spore. Includes silkscreened 11x17 poster. Limited and numbered to 500." - Music Fellowship.

Title: Pacific Drift
Format: 7"
Label: Not Not Fun
Country: USA
Price: $7.00
"Way too much is made these days of looking back, memory, social network fantasias. What a bummer, cause realitys a bad experience and 2012 is on deck; we deserve whatever we get. Evolve or erode, dudes. LA visigoths Robedoor slip into another sinkhole of voidist shadow-rock with Pacific Drift, three new tracks recorded across the last greylight winter. The A side stirs into a jazzy apocalypto depression with flute-keys and an overdriven OM groove that spirals in a web of distortion before drifting out to sea/silence. The flip finds a pair of deeply mutated RBDR genetic codes, one a mantric death-punk protest song cloaked in smoke and speed, the other a 3 AM slow-motion soul implosion set to upright piano, descending bass, tear garden guitar, and acid rain. The coast is a ghost, the city seethes. Mixed and mastered by M. Geddes Gengras at Green Machine in east LA. Black vinyl 7 inches in sleeves with corpse-diver artwork and a band photo by Caitlin C. Mitchell. Edition of 500." - Not Not Fun

Title: Raiders
Format: LP
Label: Not Not Fun
Country: USA
Price: $15.00
"Following their 2008 East Coast tour with Woods and Pocahaunted the Robedoor agenda has mainly been: hibernating in the City Terrace zone above east LA, adding a drummer/modular synth dealer, and letting the smoke rise. Raiders is the first RBDR LP since 2008s Endlessly Blazing and is the result of almost six months of slow-burn transformative tape machine meditation helmed by Mr. Ged Gengras. Bummed guitars, loner drone tones, low caverns of reverbed drums and rumble, echo dislocation, and dead voices cascade down into the isolated highways. Song modes are carved out and then left to rot. Features early trio live set staples like Indo Shadow and The Downcast Eye. You cant stick your hand in the same black river twice. Change or be changed. LPs in jackets with cover photo by Caitlin C. Mitchell. Edition of 500." -Not Not Fun

Title: Too Down To Die
Format: LP
Label: Not Not Fun
Country: USA
Price: $15.00
"Not Not Funs most form-destroying release from Robedoor. Seismic future-primitive energies on side-long track "Parallel Wanderer." Continues the incarnation of Robedoor featuring MG Gengras (Personable, Pocahaunted) on drums, moog, bass and piano." -Not Not Fun

Title: Shapeshifter Slave
Format: LP
Label: Olde English Spelling Bee
Country: USA
Price: $15.00
"Shapeshifters are messengers and imitators of the gods. Shapeshifters can be divine or human. Crossing boundaries between sacred and evil, they often bring messages, power or punishment from the gods. Shapeshifting is used to gain access to the tower. They are able to turn any situation around. Nothing is too much or too little. The shapeshifter can invert a life-threatening situation into one where he triumphs. This form of shapeshifting is most commonly painless but can be traumatic if the change was unintentional; clothing is rarely lost in this process. Edited, assembled, and mastered with assistance from Pete Swanson of the Yellow Swans. Ectoplasmic cover art conjured by Frances Parisse Bruno. Pro-printed black and white covers and insert. Limited edition of 425 copies." - Olde English Spelling Bee.

Title: Endlessly Blazing
Format: LP
Label: Woodsist
Country: USA
Price: $13.00
"Eagle Rock, CAs Robedoor are back with another doomed out K-hole. Slow creeping drones building to some nice loner caveman pound/ real song territory. Three tracks in just under 40 minutes. edition of 500 with full color jacket. Artwork by Jeremy Earl." - Woodsist. "Another bowl of black wax lit up and littered into the smogset. Another half hour in the haze, burned and overturned. "Endlessly Blazing" loads together a trio of semi-recent resin sessions: the A is a sidelong sinkhole into lava and quaaludes, the B starts with a sprawling spiral sweetleaf ballad before convulsing into a pissed withdrawal of dread drums, electronic fumes, and damaged howling. Hold it in as long as you can" -?
