Surely the oddity in the KOSMISCHE KURIERE sage, Take Your Headphones was a very, very limited sampler originally released in 1974, devised to introduce Rolf-Ulrich Kaisers troupe to the US market. Very much like Gille Lettmanns GILLES ZEITSCHRIFT, it took fragments of various Cosmic Couriers records & sessions, editing, mixing and splicing them up with spoken word messages (courtesy of Kaiser & Lettmann themselves), weird sound effects & even some classical music into a psychedelic headtrip.
